We reached our goal and are looking forward to getting new books for the library.
We also want to say Thank You to all of the amazing volunteers that helped it run so smoothly!
The online Book Fair will still be available until April 6th if there is anything your child wanted that we sold out of.





Ms. Simmons’ second grade girls made bracelets for their girl’s day out.



Pendleton County Schools will be operating on a 3 hour delay tomorrow, March 30th.


Sharon Jamison from Pendleton Nursing Home visited KA to teach them how to wash their hands really well and get rid of all of those yucky germs! 🦠





The library will hold its annual Book Fair this week! 📚
This is the only fundraiser for our library and any profits will be used to purchase new books and materials for the library. Thank you for your participation and the encouragement you give your children in reading books!

KA shared a sweet St. Patrick's Day story about silly little Leprechauns with their PreK-A friends! 🍀💚





Mrs. Nicely’s 1st graders had so much fun making oobleck, after reading “Bartholomew and the Oobleck” by Dr. Seuss.

Mrs. Griffin’s 6th graders love helping out around the school. This week, they helped shelve books in the school library so they are ready to be checked out for students.
Mrs. Nicely’s 1st graders created their own Horton after reading Horton Hears a Who.





Mrs. Evick’s preschool students love when new toys are delivered! They also had a blast celebrating Dr. Seuss week and supporting their fellow classmate! ♥️




Mrs. Shreve’s 6th graders loved reading Dr. Seuss books to Mrs. Nicely’s 1st graders!

The preschool students learned how truck driver’s make a living on Career Day. Several professionals from the community visit throughout the year to introduce and teach students about many different career opportunities. A big thank you to John Moyers for bringing his truck for the students to see.




Mrs. Kimble’s Kindergartners have been busy lately! They were engineers that built a clothesline to hold their winter mittens, and they were the Snowball Challenge Champs for grades K-2. That means her class read the most books! They enjoyed their special treat of hot cocoa and cookies!





To help celebrate Read Across America Day and Dr. Seuss’s Birthday, we will be highlighting a different book each day this week. Join in with us and dress up based on each day’s theme! 📚

The students love when Miss Kaylee brings the Kapla blocks for her lesson.
Kapla blocks allow children to build using only balance and gravity. Students work on their communication skills while building together. Their favorite activities are building around a classmate and seeing who can make the highest tower.
