In a personal post made earlier today, Pendleton County Middle High School Junior, Avery Townsend has committed to Fairmont State University's softball program.
Townsend is excited to continue her academic and athletic career with Coach Brooke Sullivan and the Lady Falcons.
She would like to thank her parents, teammates, and coaches for always supporting and believing in her.
She is looking forward to the next chapter in her softball career.
