Every summer, West Virginia hosts a variety of Governor's Schools for middle and high school students. This gives students the opportunity to connect with peers across the state and dive deep into a variety of topics. Check out the flyers below for more information or visit wvde.us/gov-schools. A school counselor or teacher can help as well!

We would like to recognize seniors, Laney Sites-Woods and Avery Townsend for having one-of-a-kind talents.
Earlier in the 2024-2025 basketball season, Townsend achieved her goal of 1,000 points during her high school basketball career and her classmate, Sites-Woods, designed and painted the show-case basketball.
