Over the Weekend the Lady Wildcats traveled to Moorefield to participate in the Annual Bub Riggleman Tournament. Assembled from 14 teams across the state From A, AA, and AAA schools!
Our Lady Wildcats lost Friday, April 21, to Hedgesville by 1 run and to Berkeley Springs.
Saturday, April 22, they fought from a low seed to beat an undefeated, top ranked Greenbrier West, then moved on to take down Hedgesville which landed them in the top 4 teams. In the end, they fell to Petersburg which eliminated them from the tournament.

The PCHS National Honor Society Chapter will be sponsoring a Blood Drive at the High School in the library on April 26, 2023, from 9:15AM-1:45PM. The Drive is open to the public, as well as students.
Students 17 and older are eligible to donate. Students 16 years of age who would like to donate can be eligible to donate with a signed consent form. Forms can be obtained in Mr. Hinkle's room at the High School.
Those donating must provide a photo ID. You may use the provided link https://www.redcrossblood.org/give.html/donation-time to schedule an appointment by logging into/creating an account, or you may contact Mr. Hinkle at the school via email - derek.hinkle@k12.wv.us. Walk-ins are welcomed too.

During the month of March, PCMHS had a March Madness Attendance Competition and grades 7-12 competed to see who had the best attendance rate. The 7th grade class won the competition with an attendance rate of 94% for the month. They were awarded a trip to the bowling alley where students were able to bowl or skate.
As of April 17, the 7th grade class has had the best attendance of any grade in Pendleton County for the past 7th months! Congratulations Class of 2028!











The Pendleton County Healthy Grandfamilies will be having their first meeting of 2023 on today at PCHS. This free program is designed for grandparents raising their grandchildren. If you are interested in this program and have not already been contacted, please call NFES and ask for Helan Turner or email hturner@k12.wv.us.
